WEEKLY DOG WALKS AT LORD STIRLING STABLE
BASKING RIDGE, NJ – The ever-popular Saturday Dog Walks at Somerset County Park Commission Lord Stirling Stable, located at 256 South Maple Avenue, will continue weekly. The Friends of Lord Stirling Stable host the event.
Check-in time for owners and their pets will begin at 10:15 A.M. every Saturday The guided trail walk will commence at 10:30 A.M. and last for approximately one hour.
Registration is $3 per dog and all pets must be leashed and kept under control at all times. These sanctioned Dog Walks offer participants the only opportunity to explore the beautiful equestrian trails of Lord Stirling Stable on foot.

NATURE WALKS AT ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION CENTER
BASKING RIDGE, NJ - Nature Walks at the Environmental Education Center are scheduled for Sundays from Noon to 1:00 P.M. on March 25; April 22; and May 27, 2012. The hour long Naturalist led interpretive walks focus on a different theme during these weeks. Call 908-766-2489 for schedule updates.
The walk is free of charge and preregistration is not required. The walk is not designed for organized groups. The Environmental Education Center is located at 190 Lord Stirling Road in Basking Ridge and is open seven days each week.
