Bernards Bus Passes Should Be Received By Now
Those with questions are urged to email the school district.
Bus passes for all Bernards Township schools are being mailed out and should have been received by last Friday, Aug. 17.
Parents who expected a pass. and did not receive one, should contact the school district's Transportation department via email, at BaskingRidge@sc.esc.k12.nj.us.
include your name, your child’s name, the address where they reside, the school they attend, their grade, and your concern.
However, it should be noted that passes for late registrations or change requests may still be in process. The school district's webpage says that under no circumstances are students to ride a bus until a bus pass has been received.
Students who live less than two miles from one of the district's four elementary schools, or the William Annin Middle School, are eligible for free busing. Students must live at least 2.5 miles from Ridge High School to receive free busing.
Any other students who wish to ride the bus should contact the school district to arrange courtesy busing. The cost of the program is $690 per student. More information is online.
