BLISS in Basking Ridge is the epitome of boutique offering a unique jewelry line, as well as, one-of-a-kind handbags, scarves and shirts. The proprietress is extremely helpful and maintains a 'wish list' for anyone looking to give (subtle) hints like I do. My family avoids the malls at all costs hoping to preserve our charming town by patronizing our local shops as often as possible. Please add BLISS to your list.
