Chiropractor Celebrates Olympic Teamwork at Local Reception
Dr. Fred Rossi, Basking Ridge resident with offices in Long Hill Township and Phillipsburg, relives his assignment as team chiropractor for Olympics wrestlers.

Watchung Hills Regional High School wrestler Max Meyers, a sophomore, and his dad Mark made this framed singlet to present at Monday's party at Rossi Family Chiropractic in Long Hill Township. Dr. Rossi, a Basking Ridge resident, had transported Max's singlet to the Olympics in London this summer to have signed by some of the Olympians on the singlet and other men's freestyle wrestling greats. He was team chiropractor for the U.S. men's freestyle Olympics team.

Dr. Fred Rossi, who traveled to the summer Olympics in August as part of the U.S. men's freestyle wrestling team — as team chiropractor, that is — re-lived some of the highlights of his journey and celebrated with his patients and supporters in a reception at his chiropractic office on Monday night.
Rossi, a Basking Ridge resident who practices at Rossi Family Chiropractic in the Stirling section of Long Hill Township and has a second office in Phillipsburg, blogged about his experiences while at the Olympics. Patch picked up regularly on his blogs.
On his blog, Rossi said Monday's event was "a big thank you to all patients and staff who made the trip possible...The food was amazing, provided by A & S Fine Italian Foods in Stirling."
Rossi has worked for several years with professional wrestlers as well as the wrestling team at Watchung Hills Regional High School.
But he also works with patients of all ages, from newborns to elderly people, and is a Maximized Living trained chiropractor.
