'NJ Housewives' Joe Giudice All Smiles in The HIlls

Kaleidoscope Hair & Body Artistry hosts open house including new teeth-whitening product.

Joe Giudice, husband of reality TV celebrity Teresa Giudice, one of  "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," visited the in The Hills section of Basking Ridge for a St. Patrick's Day Open House on Saturday.

Giudice's visit was arranged by Stephen Marinaro, a stylist at the salon and celebrity blogger The Salon Guy. Although Teresa couldn't make it, Joe Giudice arrived from the family home in Montville Township accompanied by three of the couple's four daughters, Gabriella, Gia and Milania.

Giudice's visit to the salon was to demonstrate the use of PearlBrite, a teeth-whitening system. The product has both a salon process and a home kit that whiten teeth with a chemical product combined with a patented blue spectrum LED light.

While the teeth whitening demonstration was taking place in which just opened on Feb. 1, Gabriella Giudice, 7, was being treated to a pedicure in another room. Gabriella started out with a foot soak of marine minerals in a whirlpool foot bath.

Diane Booher, spa director, said that the spa is designed to provide affordable treatments that include skin care facials without harsh chemicals, and the new gel nail polishes that also do not have strong fumes. Booher said the spa also provides Vichy shower body treatments with salt and sugar scrubs.

Other services provided by Kaleidoscope, along with samples and St. Patrick's Day treats, also were on display from morning through afternoon at the salon in the Highlands Village Center off Allen Road.

Giudice said he enjoyed visiting Kaleidescope, which he said is "very nice," but for himself, "I'm simple."

"I go to a regular barber with a pole," he said. "They even sharpen blades and vacuum up the hair afterwards."
