Even the week before Thanksgiving, a number of Basking Ridge and Bernardsville in northern Somerset County are being marketed at open houses scheduled for this Sunday. Maybe their owners are hoping that buyers will picture themselves in these homes' kitchens by next November.
Either way, interest rates still are very low, and these sellers most likely are trying to make a big push to close a deal before the holidays settle in. Some have been on the market for a while, and others are recent listings.
