The number of homes scheduled for open house tours this Sunday has tapered off a little as the last few weekends of summer arrive — but there still is a variety of style, price ranges and even vintages to inspect, from a classic older Colonial on Lyons Road to a brand new home still being built on Brook Ave.
An article earlier this year on RealEstate.com indicates that the give and take between buyers and sellers seems to have "evened out" more than during the buyer's market of a number of years' duration. Either way, houses seem to be selling, if recent Sunday's active Sold! columns on the Basking Ridge Patch are any indication.
