It was a great season for Ridge Red Devils football, the Ridge cheerleaders and the supportive Ridge Touchdown Club.

And Sunday afternoon's annual banquet team was an opportunity to recognize all that hard work, remember the bright moments, and recognize achievements.

And of course, have some fun!

Scholarships and awards were handed out during the banquet at the Bridgewater Marriott on Sunday afternoon. That included the first-ever C. Harry Bush Memorial Scholarship, awarded to senior Frank Ciongoli, in honor of the legendary Ridge football coach who held the position from 1965 to 1988, who died this past year.

The award was presented by his daughter, Laura Bush.

Of course, the afternoon was also a chance to remember good times and have some fun, as evidenced in the "Call Me Maybe" videos of both the boys and the girls — whose video was posted on YouTube.

More information about Ridge Red Devils football, and the team's 7-2 season, is on the Ridge Red Devils Football website.
