In all honesty, Chu's Cafe has been the star on the tree up here in The Hills. Not only is the food fabulous, but they eagerly prepare menu items according to dietary restrictions. In addition, they have been more than gracious in donating generously to the various Basking Ridge schools time and again. The food and establishment gets 4 thumbs up from this family as our fave!

Thanks Colleen -- Without expressing a preference, I must say that it's a pleasure to explore all of these restaurants, each with their own specialties. There's only one I haven't tried, and I think I will after reading the description!

I loved Chu’s and would dine there often. Until I took my extended family there one evening and found a 6 inch black hair in my food. I no longer eat at Chu’s. They did replace my entrée and apologized. I know this can happen at any restaurant but I just can’t return.

We used to love Chu's until we found bugs in a dish once and have never gone back.
