Legos at the Library, Other Library Activities This Week

Have fun at the Bernards Library, with some indoor activities that might put you in a learning state of mind.

If your child wants a little bit of a transition between summer and school, the Bernards Township Library might be the place to find it this week.

Your child (and you) can enjoy the library's indoor but still fun "Legos @ the Library" for ages five and up with an adult, between 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.

No registration is necessary. "We supply the Legos — you supply the imagination!"

At the end of the program, the children will dismantle the creations, and put the Legos away for another day.

One of the library's activities coming up on Wednesday is the Drop In Story Time for ages 3 to 5. The activities, with stories, sons and fingerplays, is scheduled for 1:30 to 2 p.m. No registration is required for this activity either.

Other Wednesday activities for adults and teens are on the library's website.

And another drop-in fun activity is scheduled for this Friday at the library. Game Day is every Friday from 1 to 3 p.m., with a wide variety of board and card games and puzzles from which to select. No registration needed.
