BASKING RIDGE, NJ - The Friends of Lord Stirling Stable will host a Gail M. Field Centered Riding Clinic at the Somerset County Park Commission facility at 256 South Maple Avenue in Basking Ridge, NJ. The sessions will run Friday, September 13 through Sunday, September 15, 2013.

Gail Field is a Riding and Horse Care Instructor from Long Island, New York. She holds a British Horse Society Instructor Certificate in addition to certification from the American Riding Instructors program. Gail is a Level IV Centered Riding Instructor and has extensive Alexander Method background. She is a member of the Board of Centered Riding, Inc.

 

The clinic will consist of a half day of groundwork on Friday; Saturday, and Sunday will begin with a 60-minute groundwork session followed by 90-minute mounted lessons.  The program is open to all riders at Beginner 2/D-2 level and higher; private horse owners are also welcome.

 

The fee for the three day sessions is $295 for FLSS members and $320 for non-members. Fee includes membership to the Friends of Lord Stirling Stable organization.
