Rock ‘N Ryde Cycling Studio is a brand new 800-square foot indoor cycling studio located inside of TEST Sports Club at 1931 Washington Valley Road in Martinsville, NJ. (732-868-5400)

Using innovative RealRyder technology, our bikes allow for lateral movement, giving riders the ability to engage their core and get a full-body workout. Riders can steer, turn and lean the bike as if operating an outdoor bicycle. As a result, riders burn up to 20% more calories than on a conventional indoor bike, and simultaneously tone muscles, improve endurance and increase agility.

And, yes, we know you’ve heard it before, but Rock ‘n Ryde introduces MARCH MADNESS, and we’ve really gone MAD!   FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH, ROCK ‘N RYDE WILL HONOR ANY EXISTING CLASSES THAT YOU HAVE AT ANY OTHER SPIN STUDIO, with the purchase of an equivalent number of classes at Rock ‘n Ryde.

·       Simply bring in proof of your current classes (you can print out your account status from your current spin studio.)

·       Rock ‘n Ryde will honor those classes with the purchase of an equal number of classes at Rock ’n Ryde. (cannot be combined with other specials.)
