A Musical Treat for the Whole Family

Go 'Splishing and a Splashin' with Nemo' at a library songfest.

Bernardsville Public Library will be the site of an exciting and lively musical songfest, “Splishin’ and a Splashin’ with Nemo!” with entertainer/educator Jeanne DePodwin, on Monday, July 25 at 7 p.m.

This interactive songfest will delight families with children ages 3-10.

Accompanied by her 12-string guitar, a multitude of colorful rhythm instruments and her puppet, Petey, DePodwin  invites children to become music-makers and detectives during this 45-minute musical adventure. Children will try to find Nemo – could he be hiding in the swamp, splashing in the bathtub, or even under the waterfall?  Singing, clapping, dancing, music making – all are sure to please the audience!  Children will enjoy keeping the beat on dozens of rhythm instruments from countries around the world.
