The citizens group, Bernards Citizens for a Clean and Safety Quarry Inc. (BCSCQ), was denied an injunction request on Wednesday regarding Bernards Township's settlement agreement that allows soil to be placed into the Millington Quarry, according to newjerseyhills.com.
The settlement was approved by the Township Committee on April 29 with a 3-1 vote, according to newjerseyhills.com.
