SUNDAY EVENTS: Twilight Challenge, Live Animal Exhibit, More

One of the busiest weekends of the year for annual events — and don't forget Turtle Show at Bernards Library!

This may just be the weekend you have been waiting for — especially if you mark your calendar every year for a special event.

On Thursday, May 31, the Base Camp International races return to downtown Basking Ridge, to begin at 6 p.m. sharp. A stunt bike show is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. to warm up the local crowd.

Then there's the Bonnie Brae Scottish Festival and Games, still going strong after more than two dozen decades, with everything Scottish you can imagine coming to the fields of Liberty Corner on Saturday.

Find out what's happening in Basking Ridgewith free, real-time updates from Patch.

And don't forget the Pleasant Valley Twilight Challenge on Sunday for anyone who can run, walk or have fun with the kids! Or Somerset County Asian American Organization's Asian Festival on Sunday in Bridgewater.

There are other one-of-a-kind activities too, on our list. Have fun!
