Annual program aids in the early detection of skin cancer.

Because of demand, the Bernards Township Health Department will offer two dates for its annual Skin Cancer Screening – Wednesdays, July 20 and July 27.

The screenings are offered to local residents who are not currently under the care of a dermatologist.

The program, conducted by a board-certified dermatologist, will include a full-body exam and prevention information in conjunction with the guidelines from the American Academy of Dermatology. All participants will receive a copy of their screening results.
