It's Raining Cats and Dogs

A steady stream of kittens, cats and dogs available for adoption in this area.

When it rains hard, the expression "raining cats and dogs" comes to mind—and it's been raining hard this fall!

For volunteers at area pet rescue groups, it must seem it's always raining cats and dogs: there are so many pets in need of a home, there's a steady stream.

If you've been considering a new pet, look first for an adoptable pet. Most often, you'll find a pet already trained, neutured and hoping to please their new masters.
