Charter Day tops Calendar for Local Events

Also rare plant and antique sale to benefit Buck Garden in Far Hills.

This is always a very special weekend in Bernards Township. It's Charter Day this Saturday, and Charter Day is the place to see and be seen in these parts!

The event was set up to celebration the anniversary of British King George II's creation of a charter to create the Township of Bernardston in 1760. Last year was a big, big birthday — 250th. But this year, we're on to 251 with a full day of planned events and unplanned hanging out.

On Sunday, head over to the Bernardsville Street Fair and Craft Show to enjoy more fun and music in the streets!
