Free Jimmy & Parrots Concert Moved Indoors
Call to move summer concert indoors to avoid chance of rain.
Tuesday night's Jimmy & the Parrots performance of island music, the third performance in the Bernards Township Parks & Recreation Department's 2013 Jayne Hannigan Summer Concert series, has been moved indoors to the Ridge High School Performing Arts series to avoid rain.
The free concert is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. at the high school, located at 268 S. Finley Ave., Basking Ridge.
The final concert in the Bernards Township Parks and Recreation Department's concerts is scheduled for next Tuesday, July 30, with a return of Beatlemania Again. All performances are held outdoors at Pleasant Valley Park off Valley Road, unless moved indoors due to rain.
