It's a Boy! Did You Want a Princess? Do You Care?

After all the waiting, the world learned on Monday afternoon that it's another prince for the British royals!

Since this might be considered a special edition of Moms Talk, I'm sure that we can agree that we're happy that all apparently went well for Kate, and the baby reportedly is doing fine.

Congrats from across the pond!

But, like me, were you secretly wishing for a royal princess?

An adorable fashion model! The little girl that those of us blessed with boys never got!

But, a bit more seriously, the future Elizabeth III, or her equivalent. What a wonderful role model would she have been for our girls here!

Well, best wishes, I'm sure, from the Somerset Hills (where our forefathers and mothers definitely were British!) and parents around the world.
