Republican Carol Bianchi has been chosen to finish out the last few months of Bernards Twp. Committeeman Scott Spitzer's term after his resignation earlier this month. Bianchi, (center) has been Planning Bd. chair for 2013, and was moved off that board following her appointment to the governing body. She is seeking election to a full-three year term this November.
