Ann Moore Appointed Branch Vice President Of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage In Basking Ridge

BASKING RIDGE, N.J. (April 2, 2014) – Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y., is pleased to announce that real estate veteran Ann Moore has been appointed branch vice president of the company’s office in Basking Ridge. Moore will be responsible for the oversight of approximately 40 affiliated sales associates serving communities throughout Somerset County and surrounding areas.

Moore served as vice president and manager of Burgdorff ERA in Chatham and manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Montclair, where she was directly responsible for the daily operations and management of top-producing sales associates and branch offices.

As vice president of field operations for seven years at Burgdorff ERA, Moore’s responsibilities included supporting all of the company's sales offices as well as heightening public awareness of the firm's ancillary services. Her impeccable knowledge of technology applications helped the company develop new and innovative ways to market properties and strengthen the company's market share.
