Easter Events, Golf Course Open This Weekend

Easter egg hunt Saturday at the Far Hills Fairgrounds and Easter breakfast along with services in Liberty Corner.

Along with church services, there are other Easter events this weekend to help local children take part in happy traditions at this time of the year.

Easter Breakfast and Basket at Liberty Corner Presbyterian Church
When/Where:
Easter Sunday, March 31, between 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Liberty Corner Presbyterian Church in downtown Liberty Corner Village. Before or after services at the church.
Why Go:
A variation of the usual Easter egg hunt, especially after some of the church's recent hunts received rain. Parents and children are invited to a breakfast to supplement Easter services, to enjoy breakfast and a basket for the kids.

Free

Opening of Coakley-Russo Memorial Golf Course
When/Where:
Bernards Township's golf course off Valley Road was due to be open by this weekend, including Sunday, off Valley Road. Memberships available.
Why Go:
It's supposed to be a beautiful day starting Saturday, and it's time to play golf!
Cost:
Find a friend who's a member, or membership application online.

Easter Egg Hunt at Far Hills Fairground
When/Where:
Saturday at 12 p.m. at the Far Hills Fairgrounds on Route 202 in Far Hills.
Why Go:
Because it’s time for Easter and the Bedminster Recreation Department, as well as other departments in Bedminster and Far Hills, are sponsoring an egg hunt for candy and other prizes.
Cost:
Free.

Photos with the Easter Bunny
When/Where:
Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Bridgewater Commons Mall.
Why Go:
Because it is that time of the year, and what better way to celebrate Easter than with family photos with the Easter Bunny?
Cost:
Depends on which photo package you purchase.

Chamber Music Orchestra Rehearsals
When/Where:
Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at Mi La’s Debut School of Music on Route 22 in Green Brook.
Why Go:
Anyone who has played a string instrument for three or more years is welcome to join in on the rehearsals.
Cost:
Free.
