PINGRY ATHLETICS STRENGTH TRAINING WINTER CLINIC
The Strength Training Middle School Winter Clinic is designed for middle school students looking to increase their speed, strength, and quickness for their upcoming athletic season. Working in a small group atmosphere, proper form will be emphasized in a variety of exercises while providing individual feedback to help participants maximize each training session.
Interested participants can select either Session I with classes being offered Mondays and Wednesdays or Session II with classes being offered Tuesdays and Thursdays. The one-hour coed sessions will be held from 6:00 to 7:00PM at the school Fitness Center located on Pingry’s Martinsville campus.
The Strength Training Clinic is targeted at boys and girls in grades 5 - 8 under the direction of Pingry Strength and Conditioning Coach Doug Scott. It is open to Pingry middle school students as well as student-athletes in the surrounding communities.
