Buyer beware!! We had a very bad engagement ring buying experience with Henry. We ordered a setting which he described differently in person, and when it came in, the ring was not as expected. The issue is, we didn't even need a refund, just to work with us even to use it toward a wedding band. He refused to credit us and wanted more money. And my fiancé has been a customer for years, as well as knew some of the employees there. I asked Henry several times to work with us but he just kept blaming me and put his foot down. I had to inform him I would have to report him to the BBB. It looks like many customers are happy, but I suppose we were the unlucky ones with $2,000 missing from our bank accounts.
