Project Citizen - Ridge High School

Project Citizen, sponsored by the Center for Civic Education, is a curricular program utilized by the honors U.S. History of Government and Economics course at Ridge High School.  It is designed to promote responsible student participation in local and state government.  Students in class form sub-groups and then work together to identify a public policy issue in their community and develop an action plan for local government leaders to use in addressing the issue.  The work culminates with a portfolio and presentation.  All project topics are selected by students and do not necessarily reflect the views of faculty and/or school administration.     

Three groups have selected topics which require input from the parents/guardians of the Basking Ridge community.  The students used google docs to create an online survey.  If you are interested in participating in the survey, please click on the links below.
