Township Committee Approves New Labor Counselors, Polledri and Kronick

Brian Kronick and Sandro Polledri of the firm Genova, Burns, and Giantomasi have been awarded the professional services contract for legal services for labor counsel by the Bernards Township Committee in a special meeting on July 15.

The contract will last from July 19, 2010 until Dec. 31, 2010 and legal services administered are not to exceed the cost of $17,500. This price excludes the hourly rate of $175 that is used when need for litigation at unanticipated times occurs.  

Kronick and Polledri both work at the Newark firm of Genova, Burns, and Giantomasi. 

Kronick specializes in Labor and Employment Law and Polledri specializes in Employment Law and Litigation.
