In case you were looking for a little (non-amplified) music, the restaurant expects a Bernardsville bagpiper to show up on Saturday night to provide some Gaelic music for diners, he said.
Other than that, it's just the atmosphere that seems to draw fans to the Bamboo Grille. "Great atmosphere, friendly service. Never disappointed in my entree selection, love the crusted sea scallops!
