91 Countryside Drive, a two-bedroom, 2.1 bath multi-floor unit townhouse end unit, listed at $339,000, sold for $340,000. 

136 Linden Drive, a five-bedroom, 2.1 bath Colonial, listed at $928,800, sold for $908,000.
