Cancer Transitions: A Guide for Post Treatment

Take part in a free eight-week series, sponsored by Cancer Support Community Central New Jersey, specfically for Head & Neck Cancer patients who completed active cancer treatment one month to two years ago and currently have no evidence of disease. Patients are invited to bring one family member as a guest. Speakers will include physicians, nurses, clinical social workers, a registered dietician, a speech therapist and a fitness expert. This program will answer your questions about cancer survivorship after treatment ends. The series will cover the following topics:

  • Medical Management Beyond Cancer: What You Need to Know
  • Nutrition and Eating Adjustments after Treatment
  • Emotional Health and Well-Being: From Patient to Survivor
  • The Benefits of Exercise for Wellness
  • Stress Management and Survivorship

Please note: Group will meet on Monday, July 2nd instead of July 4th.
