United Way Caregivers Coalition MUNCH & LEARN Seminar

Caregivers tell us that one of their biggest needs is for easily accessible and accurate information. To help accomplish this United Way Caregivers Coalition is providing free caregiving workshops for all Somerset County caregivers.

Join us for this FREE educational workshop and a light meal provided by Community Visiting Nurse Association.

Family Dynamics and Caregiving: This seminar will touch on the many challenges that both care recipients and caregivers encounter when they are faced with chronic illness. Participants will learn some valuable coping mechanisms, communication skills (with the care recipients and within the family), and the importance of self-care.
