Forbes Magazine published their top 25 "Best Schools For Your Housing Buck" list yesterday, listing the Bernards school district as the fifth best school district in the country in areas with average housing prices between $600,000 and $799,999.
The article sings the praises of Basking Ridge as an attractive living area based on its schools, housing and jobs. "That winning combination--a high-quality education and a great home--helped Basking Ridge rank as one of our Best Schools for the Housing Buck. For its median home price of $628,100, the schools earn an Education Quality Score of 95.31 on a scale of 100--the best at the price point in the state of New Jersey," the article states.
