Wm. Annin PTO Donates $13,650 for Equipment

School Board accepts donation on Monday night.

A $13,650 donation from the William Annin Middle School Parent-Teacher Organization was on Monday night accepted by the Board of Education.

The donation will cover a variety of items, said board member Susan McGowan.

The equipment to be purchased with the PTO's donation includes a new Netbook mini-laptop cart; equipment for the woods shop classroom; a sound board for the auditorium, a chalkboard replacement and Project Citizen, a learning program, according to the board's agenda.
