Courier News: Ridge's New Track Facility Earns Rave Reviews

The new surface and field event areas have led to faster times and quicker meets.

Jerry Carino of the Courier News writes that the biggest star of the first two weeks of track season has been the newly refurbished track facility at Ridge High School.

The facility has a state-of-the-art Mondo track – the first of its kind in the area, and the same material used in the Olympics. Ridge held the Skyland Conference Relays and the Somerset County Relays on consecutive Saturdays to rave reviews from runners and coaches around the state.
