The festival is set to begin at 5:30 p.m. with the VooDudes—also known as New Jersey’s own Mardi Gras Party Band—which will kick off the celebration with Creole Soul, Swamp Funk and Bayou Boogie.

The band combines R&B, Latin, honky-tonk gospel, southern folk and more into its Louisiana style sound.
