UPDATE: Bernards Library Closes at 2 pm Saturday Due to Weather
Light snow doesn't cancel Saturday concert and crafts at Bernards Township Library, but heavy snow does shut doors.
As snow grew heavier, the Bernards Township Library, which had held earlier programs during the day, closed at 2 p.m. due to weather.
Saturday morning's drop-in concert with musician Kurt Gallagher, who will perform at a fun-filled holiday event for children, was to be held 11 to 11:45 a.m. despite the light snow, according to the library.
The concert is presented by the Friends of the Bernards Township Library.
Crafts to follow
The concert were to be followed by drop-in holiday crafts from noon to 2 p.m. For further information, call 908-204-3031, ext. 3. The library is at 32 S. Maple Ave., Basking Ridge.
