Pre-Valentine's Concert by Dolce Trio Coming to Farmstead Arts

Tickets on sale for sweet sounds of violin, flute and cello.

Bernards Township's Farmstead Arts will host a Pre-Valentine’s Concert by the Dolce Trio at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 9 in the historic farmhouse at 450 King George Road in Basking Ridge.

The Dolce Trio will feature Dr. Lynn L. Siebert,violin; Kris Lamb, flute; and Liz Cabrera on cello. The trio will play classical and non-classical romantic favorites ranging from Mozart and Bach to Al Jolson and Irish jigs. The hour-long program will be followed by a special Valentine’s reception in the farmhouse, which been a venue for  many intimate concerts . 

Tickets are $15, or $12 for members and seniors and may be purchased online through FarmsteadArtsCenter.org or by sending a self addressed envelope to Farmstead Arts, 450 King George Rd., Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.

Payment should be made with a check for the number of tickets patrons would like made payable to Farmstead Arts. If not sold out, tickets may also be purchased at the door. 

The Dolce Trio has performed at the reopening of the Statue of Liberty’s crown, at First Night Morris County, 3rd Saturdays at Morris View, Midday Music on the Green and at corporate events, public dedications and private parties. With a classical repertoire ranging from medieval through contemporary periods, The Dolce Trio is widely admired for its spirited and stylistically versatile performances which have featured classics of the Baroque, Classical, Romantic and contemporary periods, Viennese waltzes, dance tunes from Colonial times, Celtic music, English country and court dances, ragtime, early 20th century theatre and parlor music, holiday repertoire, opera classics, 19th century popular songs, klezmerand American bluegrass fiddle tunes. 

The farmhouse is wheelchair accessible.  Anyone anticipating the need for additional accessibility services is requested to make a request by sending an

The Dolce Trio concert for Sunday, Feb. 9 is being moved to the Brick Academy, 15 West Oak Street, Basking Ridge 07920 due to parking restrictions at the Farmstead. Same time - 2PM.
