A lovely, warm weekend ahead!

Welcome to the weekend! Your Saturday morning update here. I got my coffee and it’s a good day! Luckily the severe weather was limited yesterday. I was just outside and it is warming up nicely and quite sunny so get out and enjoy today as much as you can!

Today’s highs will be in the 50s with abundant sunshine. Tonight we will see partly cloudy skies and temps in the lower 30’s. Tomorrow will be much of the same with a high around 50 and mostly sun. Tomorrow night brings a slight chance of rain/snow showers to the area as the cold air returns. No accumulations are expected at this time.

Monday begins the cold surge again as temps will only reach the 30s during the day. Expect mostly sunny skies though. Tuesday looks to be the same.

Wednesday starts to look interesting. This is our next chance of a sizeable snowstorm. At this time, the GFS has a storm in the area however the EURO is showing a 3-6” snowstorm for much of NJ and the east coast. Still many runs of the models to go so things can always change, but it has been showing this storm for quite some time now so confidence is growing that we will see some snow on Wednesday.

Enjoy everyone!
