Warmer Friday, Snow Possible Late Sunday Night Through Monday

Happy Friday everyone!

Luckily, you'll notice not so cold temps out there this morning with plenty of sunshine! This will be the norm for today which is nice.

Tomorrow, look for cloudy skies with a shower moving through in the morning. I don't expect too much rain to occur however.

We are still keeping an eye on a snowstorm affecting the area late Sunday night through Monday. The overnight model runs have increased snowfall potential but I am hesitant to believe them at this time. Today's model runs should prove very interesting to see if this increased snowfall trend continues.

At this time, I stick by the snow potential map I issued yesterday and will post it here again this morning. There's always that possibility that it dries out from the cold arctic air and heads south just like what occurred early last week.

I will keep you posted throughout the day if things change either way. I will have a video map discussion out today and tomorrow detailing all the possibilities.
