HORRIBLE! RUINED OUR MOTHERS DAY! I custom ordered flowers for my mom here and the owner sold them to somebody else without even calling us. Then he lied about selling them the day before, and then changed his story to "oh I sold them to the guy who came in before your mom". My mom said she watched the other customer walk out with her flowers and the owner didn't even go after him!!! Then he told my mom he was closing in 10 minutes even though his sign said open until 2pm (40 mins out). He then huffily and reluctantly said he'd give my mom one of the old leftovers in the case,but was such a jerk about it he made her cry and she couldn't stand being in the shop anymore. Total jerks, DO NOT GO HERE!

Exceeded expectations!
I used flowers on the ridge for my wedding and I could not have asked for more beautiful flowers, they did my centerpieces, bouquets and boutonnieres, ceremony decor and wedding flowers. Richard was a joy to work with, he had wonderful ideas and was very knowledgeable about what would be best and in season, and he also went above and beyond to show me a mockup of what the bouquets would look like. Richard made sure to stay within my budget and the centerpieces and bouquets were larger and more beautiful than I had imagined! Dealing with Richard at Flowers on the Ridge was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend his services!!
