We have used John's painting for interior and exterior and were extremely impressed with the quality of work and cleanliness during and after the job. Very reasonably priced and John did everything he said he would. We just hired him again to finish two new rooms. We are very picky and usually do not recommend people to others but John's Painting was a great find and we referred him to several neighbors and family members. John's Painting will not disappoint.

I used John's painting about 2 years ago to paint the outside of my house, the job came out great and his employees were very professional and neat. This past summer we called him back to paint the inside of my house and his partner Al and his crew did the job. We were more than pleased with the work. John does a decent job. I actually used to work with the company on some projects, and I'd recommend requesting a free estimate if you're contemplating a painting job in the area. Do not allow John the Painter near your home unless you are crazy. His workmanship is awful. It is true, his workers just paint over rotting wood. Paint was peeling whilst his workers were still in the middle of the job. Don't worry he says, I'll fix it, but he never did!

Do not do business with John the Painter.

Bad experience! His price is cheaper than others but the work was terrible. Problem areas that he said "no problem" we will fix it [dry rot] were painted over and never properly treated. The paint is now peeling off my house in those areas again after one winter. He is also never around for the job.

Obviously that bad review is from a competitor. We just used Johns painting and it was the best service we ever had. John gave us so many local references, 3 of my neighbors used him, and they were so pleased. Also his signs are everywhere in town.I live here 24 years and used a few contractors and by far Johns Painting is the best.

Terrible experience. John's Painting workmanship was so bad we had to have all the work redone by another company. Definitely do not allow John's Painting Company on your property. You were warned!
