Located in the Lyons Mall, Miraku Sushi is known for more than just its sushi. According to owner and chef Ron Hsiung, diners order as many of his cooked menu items as they do sushi. His sauces, he thinks, could be the reason. A graduate of culinary school in New York City, Chef Hsuing adds classical culinary touches to his Japanese cooking. Particular favorites at lunch time are the bento boxes, complete with soup, choice of entree, salad, rice, California roll and the appetizer of the day.

We love Miraku Sushi! Take out food every week (at least). The food is outstanding and the owners are wonderful. Highly recommend the restaurant- dining there, taking out or deliver.
