the close the grill pretty early for a place that does breakfast and lunch

Best bagels in town! My husband and I get bagels from O'Bagel & Deli at Riverwalk nearly every weekend. We've never had a problem and the staff welcomes us back when we walk through the door. Great food... I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Bagels are excellent. Customer service and friendliness can be lax on occasion.

My experience with O'Bagel and Deli was unfortunately very very mixed. While the food was good, there seemed to be a complete disregard for on time delivery and set up, regardless of the notice given or advance payment.
I ordered a lunch set up for 15 on a Tuesday, for Thursday delivery to the Liberty Cornor Firehouse where we were preparing for my niece's wedding. I asked to have the food delivered at 11:30am.
After the driver didn't show up, I called the deli at 11:45.. whomever answered said it was on it's way. The driver showed up at Noon, a half hour late, then took 25 minutes to "set up" the lunch buffet, which was a nice presentation, but should have been done hours ago if that was the plan.
11:30 means 11:30 in my world.. especially when the bill is near $300..that's when we want to eat.. not at 12:45 or 1 as we ended up doing.
I found the reaction to my questioning the owner about this incident to be rather arrogant and dismissive, to the point of where I am dismissing this business from my corporate and network preferred provider list.
I don't up with that kind of insolance in other markets I work in in the country.. why would I want to in Basking Ridge? People, get your act together.. WE are the customers.. WE bring you the money.. WE ask for at least a level of civility... instead of outright indignation. What were you thinking?
