Ridge High School was one of three New Jersey high schools designated as a Blue Ribbon School in 2009 by the U.S. Department of Education for excellence in academic achievement.
Ridge High has 1,639 students and maintains a 14.4 student-to-teacher ratio. Fifty percent of students graduate with at least one passing grade in an Advanced Placement class according to a Newsweek report on the top schools in the U.S. Newsweek ranked Ridge as the 177th best school in the nation and third in New Jersey.
Ridge also has a wide variety of after-school sports programs and extracurricular activities—from a competitive football program to one of the state's best high school debate teams.

Look at how they handle the 9/11 moment of silence. Scared lambs not willing to stand straight...O'yeah no backbone. They agreed informally" My goodness. Take a stand.
