We frequent Ridge for Friday night pizza, salads and other "take out". The food is always great, we especially like the pizzas, the veal parm hero is also very good. If you get salad to go have them put the dressing on the side. I also agree with the prior poster, the people there are very pleasant and the owner has a constant presence and is very gracious.
