Learning will take place in an enriching, safe and fun environment that will promote individual success while also developing responsible learners and contributing members of a democratic society.

"Furthermore, we expect our students to use their academic and social skills to meet the challenges and opportunities they will experience living and working in a rapidly changing and diverse society."

The current Oak Street School building opened on Nov. 23, 2009. Since then the school has grown from 200 to 550 students, and is considered one of the finest elementary schools in New Jersey.

On the most recent New Jersey Assessment of Skills and Knowledge (NJ ASK) tests available, Oak Street third and fourth graders scored in the 98th or 99th percentile for New Jersey students in all subjects – language arts literacy, math and science.

The Tree House Child Caring Center

In operation for more than 25 years, the Tree House Learning Center (TTH) focuses on the total development of the childMore in a safe environment. Though affiliated with the Basking Ridge Presbyterian Church, the TTH accepts students from all religious backgrounds and does not have a Christian curriculum. The school's preschool and daycare programming operates from September to June; a summer camp is also offered. There is no application fee.

MBC has a rich history in the Basking Ridge community. Today, it focuses on serving the community and creating a safeMore environment for people to explore and growth their faith. Weekly services are held at 8am, 9:30am and 11:15am with a blend of contemporary and classic music offered at 8am and 9:30am and a modern worship atmosphere offered at 11:15am. It also offers children’s programs and Adult Sunday School at 9:30am and 11:15am. The church draws young and old guests from Somerset, Morris, Hunterdon, Union and Middlesex counties. MBC anticipates opening the new Youth and Family Ministry Building in the spring of 2012.
