Convicted Laser Hair Specialist Forfeits Right to Practice
Des Gachons, found guilty of practicing unlicensed medicine, was given two years probation.
A Warren man who the Somerset Prosecutor's Office said practiced laser hair removal in the township, as well as Watchung, without a license and who undercover detectives found with drugs such as Botox and codeine, has forfeited his right to practice medicine in New Jersey. Gilles Peyrot Des Gachons was sentenced on Friday to two years probation after he pleaded guilty on June 14 to charges of unlicensed practice of medicine, third degree; and two counts of possession with intent to distribute a prescription legend drug, third degree, Somerset Prosecutor Geffrey D.
