What is the Future For Historic Downtown Building?

What would you like to see go in this classic century-old Basking Ridge building, where New Jersey Countryside remains upstairs?

Historic buildings may not have all of the technological bells and whistles of new structures, but they have something else — atmosphere, often charm and of course — a completely unique history. What would you like to see in a structure of about 1,450 square feet that is being marketed at 134 S. Finley Avenue in downtown Basking Ridge. Listing agent is Michael Lattmann of Kienlen Lattmann Sotheby's International Realty, also located in Basking Ridge. The building for sale is at least 100 years old, and had once housed a bakery at some point during its "long, long history," Lattmann said on Tuesday.
