Two Restaurants Close in Basking Ridge (UPDATE)
Negotiations reportedly underway for replacements for Doon Indian Valley Restaurant and Fresh restaurant's locations in two malls.
Two Basking Ridge restaurants, Fresh restaurant and Doon Indian Valley, have closed within the past few months, although only one space has been cleared out. However, agents say that negotiations are underway for new tenants for both properties. Fresh restaurant, located at the Highlands Village Center in The Hills section of Basking Ridge, has not been open since the end of 2012. "We are in discussions with a couple of restaurants to take over the space but want a theme that is a good mix with the other tenants and with the local area," Peter Wisniewski, executive vice president and principal for Coldwell Banker Commercial, Feist & Feist Realty Corp., said on Thursday morning.
