Douglas Falduto appointed to new position this month.
Douglas E. Falduto of Basking Ridge, chief security officer at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, has been appointed to the newly-created position of Vice President, Administration and Chief Security Officer, effective January 14, HBCBSNJ has announced. In this new role, Falduto will assume leadership of the company’s Risk Management, Real Estate and Administration Operation, the company said in an announcement. He also will maintain current responsibilities for Horizon BCBSNJ’s Special Investigations Unit, Business Continuity, and the company’s Information and Corporate Security programs.
